It has been said that the spiritual path consists of become more conscious, more awake, allowing more of our unconscious to be illuminated by the light of our awareness. The whole notion of enlightenment denotes "IN-LIGHTenment" -- the shining of the light of our luminous awareness within to discover the sacred treasure that we truly are.

Yoga is fundamentally lovingness. And lovingness is one of the most eternal of truths. This is why yoga is so outrageously popular in our world today. There has been a mass awakening of consciousness, which has essentially created an immense ‘light’ to grow and radiate from all human beings. This, in turn, has illuminated all aspects of existence that have been in the dark and shrouded in shadow. One of those aspects has been our inability to love, greatly, relentlessly, communally and globally, as an inherent ground of being for all life to flourish upon. 

It begins by not beginning at all.

Some birthlessness. Some grace has always been glowing.

Reclaiming our sacred sexuality is one of the most inspiring and exciting adventures of our times. Sexuality is perhaps the most spiritual aspect of our being--it is the most intimate urge for oneness and oneness with another can be likened to oneness with God when set in a sacred context. Unfortunately, sexuality has been bereft of this for millennia it seems. The reasons are legion and tell a story of control of humanity through limiting this very powerful, healing, creative and divine urge by corrupt governments, often in partnership with so-called religious powers. However, the threads are there throughout history as well of deep and ancient traditions that honoured sexuality as spiritual practice par excellence and today they’re surfacing in magnificent abundance.
